Every year the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) grants funds for Reentry Programs aimed to assist At Risk Youth and Adult Inmates effectively reenter the workforce. Those funds are set aside for organizations to deliver training programs that actually impact the lives of these individuals and provide a head start toward the future. APSi has successfully collaborated with non-profit organizations to develop “high impact” programs that lead toward industry recognized certifications and credentials in demanding areas such as Information Technology, Telecommunications, Customer Service and Construction. Our reentry programs are designed for individual 18 years of age and older who are employable and ready to live the American Dream. APSi’s programs provide the following benefits for students who enroll:
- All programs come with one or more “globally” recognized credential
- Includes employment preparation courses to help participants learn “how” to identify and obtain employment in a competitive market
- Assist the students with research material, connecting them to additional employment services
- Our Reentry Programs are targeted for students interested in: Fiber Optics, Premise Cabling, Wireless Tower Installation, Networking/IT, Customer Service, Call Center, Construction & Outside Plant Installation.
